Engine number location 2.2

Anyone tell me where the engine number on the engine is? (Transit Custom 2014)

I found this elsewhere .......................

On the FWD it's at rear of the block, just by the bell housing and under where the crank sensor lives. You'll need to get underneath to see it.

Passenger side next to bell housing tight as to see, check photo below

This is the location on a 2.2 in my workshop, Front of engine.

Has the engine been changed, if not it should match the chassis number

That will be a casting number not an engine number.

Definitly engine number

Also engine type SRFA, It is completely stripped and I have used this to identify correct specs etc

That’s what I’m trying to find out, see if it matches log book,
I will jack it up tomorrow see if I can find it
