21 plate limited Panel Van to Double Cab

Hi all

New here.

Have recently got myself a LWB Transit Custom, 21 plate limited van. I am wanting to turn it into a double cab to allow family life to benefit from the space. I have considered installing the single tourneo seats which come with the rails.

Is there any good double cab conversion videos?
Do you remove the floor lining prior to installing seats or keep it in? If you remove do you ply the floor?
Any good floor coverings if keeping the floor lining that’s less slippy?

In the minibus transits the seat rails bolt straight to the floor and the wooden floor is cut round them .

The folding Tourneo seats are sooo much more flexible than the DCIV original bench seat - I've replaced the bench with the Tourneo seats - much better (as part of home-made camper conversion - removed bulkhead too & added bed & kitchen style units)
