Transit custom Bluetooth problem

Hi I have a 68 plate transit custom and the Bluetooth was fine until a few month back, when I go to turn on the Bluetooth it does not allow me to tick the box, it simply won’t activate, I have looked at the fuses relating to “SYNC” and still no luck, does anyone have any other ideas? Thanks

hi, there is a reset function in the menu, have you tried that ?
