12v Aux Socket...

The 12v Aux socket next to the heater controls stays live on my 2017 Tourneo Custom long after the key has been taken out of the igniton, it stayed live even after I locked the van
When I say a long time, it was over an hour (I had my phone on charge)
Surely this can't be right?

It's normal I read some where its live for about 45min.........
