Help needed asap

Hi all, I need help fast, I have sold my van today, I went and gave it a good clean, dashboard, steering column, doors etc , problem now is I went out,it started raining the wipers came on but then completely stopped, I checked other things to find the heater blowers don't work my lights don't work on automatic
My windows won't shut, , everything has gone haywire, have I done any damage whilst cleaning I used water and sponge and some cleaing fluids, I tried to dry everything with a hairdryer when I realised all them things had stopped working, my hazard lights work , and my indicators also my interior lights work, anyone with any ideas how to fix this problem would, be gratefully appreciated

You might have done already, but have you checked for any blown fuses.
