Crew Cab Bulkhead

Postby glennbtn » Thu Dec 30, 2021 3:48 pm

Hi All

Looking at picking up what I presume is a crew cab with the 2nd row of seats and the bulkhead behind.

I might be converting the van to a camper and wondered if once the bulkhead is removed is the floor and sides flat or is there like a surround still attached to the van that sticks out from the rest of the body work

Thanks

You will have a gap between the passenger compartment rooflining and the rear metalwork, you also get a gap.between the floor at the back of the rear seats and the van floor as they.sit at different heights, they are easy to.cover /carpet though

Perfect, thank you. Will all be boarded and carpeted anyway if I get hold of it.

I know the VW's leave a metal surround that pokes out and needs angle girding off and don't really want to play that game.
