BCM - F11 Constantly Blowing

Good Evening Guys,

2014 Transit Custom 2.2L Euro 5 - (GB Registered RH Drive)

so yesterday i stalled my van, once i restarted popped up. Dipped headlamp and Brake Light Fault (Assumed it was just a bulb have changed both and same result)
after that started looking at the fuses. F11 - BCM (25A Micro-Blade) changed the Fuse and blew in less than 1 mile.

so at present i currently have non working;

OSF - Dipped Headlight
OSR - Brake Light
NSR - Tail Light

i have seen on a few forums that the BCM Module is known Engress of water & causing this?
any suggestions where to go from here as i need my van for work etc? and if a replace the BCM will it solve the issue and is the BCM the one below the steering wheel next to the OBD Port l once re-programmed
