To buy or not to buy ??

Im going to be purchasing a custom within next couple of weeks, job change means i need one. Never had one before, so heres where im at... prices have gone mad as we all know... im looking to spend under 20k... now theres ones 2018 for 18k with miles around 85-95 k .... or theres ones 21k with 65k on clock... my questions are would higher mileage be a wise choice with 3-4 service stamps ? also some are ecoblue others TDCI ? 105ps enough for not carrying much weight.. or should i go for 130 ? I'll be doing about 5k a year for next 2 yrs then maybe 10-15k after... will hope to sell back on in 5 years. Whats you're opinions.. cheers
