rear fog lights not working after accident

2015 LTD van, as per previous post A HGV decided to alter the OSR panel, and lights. this was done at a low speed whilst he was reversing. the outer lens shattered, every bulb blew, the bulbs was intact but every one blew, the van is now booked in for repair and I have replaced the bulbs and modified the remaining lens to cover the tail / brake and indicator lights. but had to tape up the reverse and fog light as the lens contact the door. but both my fog light s don't work. the light comes on on the dash to say they are on but nothing at the rear end. when I put the front ones on I can hear the relay click, but I con not hear a relay click for the back, If any one can spare a bit of time and try there's for me please. and if any one can explain why all the bulbs blew that would be good, just for my interest.
