Drivers side window switch replacement

The switch/button for the drivers side window is loose and now operating the window has become a bit hit and miss.

Ive looked online to get a replacement unit but bizarrely every where Ive seen it for sale they are all for LHD!!

I had initially bought one from ebay that said nothing about RHD or LHD, and seeing as its ebay uk why would you think otherwise anyway. But the button operation was reversed so obviously LHD and i sent it back. It was only then when searching elsewhere that everywhere seems to sell LHD units! Why in the UK?

Anyone got a link to a RHD one please.
