The front of the van swap

A friend bought a damaged Transit Custom from 2016, is there an option to put on a front from a facelift custom after 2017?
Anyway, I have to buy a bumper, hood, fender and front apron along with radiators, so without adding much it would have the whole facelift which looks cooler.
