Wiring query, rear load lights.

Hi all.

2019 2l, twin slide door lwb.

I want a switch, to be able to control the load bay lights, making them independent from doors and locks.

I assume that all I need to do is find the correct single wire, and put a switch in line and then all the lights will play nicely in one go..

My questions..

A) is that correct?
B) anyone know where that single wire might be?

Not done it myself yet, but it's on my list. Each light has its own feed apparently so not just a single wire unfortunately. There's a post on here where Yasser explains how he fitted a switch, which sounds like the easiest solution, it's not perfect as only let's you turn them off if they are on rather than be able to switch on if that makes sense.

In the end I just removed the bulbs and covered them over..

Feels like it should be dead easy to do, but....
