Transit Custom 2024 Steering Lock

Hi there. I'm hoping someone might be able to help. I've hired a 2024 Transit Custom but can't work out how the steering lock works. Everything online says 'remove key from ignition' there is no key, just a fob and push button.

Is the steering lock activated when the van is locked? I know on VW cars, the steering lock is activated when you press the stop button and open the door.

Any ideas?
