Headliner removal with AC

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove the headliner for a transit custom H2 with the built in vents for AC?
I want to isolate above the headliner is possible, as well as the rest of the van.

Attached are some photo's of similar vans, it seems to be multiple pieces, and the AC vents can be rotated and dropped out.

Also the plastic bit above the driver fell out, it doesn't seem to click at the top. Does anyone know of an OEM overhead storage option for that space?

I've had a look when running wires for the speakers, what seem to look like separate pieces, are in fact not separate... It's all one big headliner which looks to be linked together by metal bits glues/melted together, so i've left it, didn't want to damage the headliner
