Creaky seat

Hi all,

First time poster, couldn't find this topic elsewhere.

Transit Custom, 21 plate, Limited spec, 35k miles
Drivers seat is so creaky every time I move. I'm a big lad but need a fix for this as it's doing my nut.

Any suggestions/guides?

whole seat seams to be made of lots of interconnecting and pivoting and bolted parts

best advice i can give is spray in the general direction of these parts silicone spray (look for the best .. ones that feel greasy on fingers, as some of these sprays are a con with hardly any silicone in them) you may need to fold down seat get under it etc . check all bolts for tightness whilst there . seat runners .. slide and engage .. sometimes when lots of dust dirt in them they don't .. so not clicked in .. so look at removing the dirt, if its in there.
