Custom dpf

Does anyone know where that EGT-14 sensor is located? The reading is -40°C. It seems to be linked to the DPF flow measurement as well, since that value is 0. Transit custom 2013 euro v.

sensors are labeled in forscan as EGT11 EGT12 EGT13 EGT14 - four in forscan, so i guess that 14 is the last one // some of the forscan EGT labels are not used, i believe your transit has two temperature sensors .


sensors are labeled from the manifold end .. higher numbers further down stream
that is it, all i know

parts diagrams does not show what is what

and AI tells me it has 4 EGT's which is wrong

and minus 40 is default code for not working or broken wire

will make a guess that EGT14 is after the DPF,
part number 1792122 in the diagram above ..this is a guess .. do your own research to confirm.


searching EBAY with 1792122, confirms EGT FOR CUSTOM AND AFTER DPF - again do your own research

Oh and too many pids for EGR .. to know what's going on

The only one i can make sense out of is egr error .. which is reading over 90 percent

That, if left, would do a good job of clogging your DPF on a regular basis

To monitor EGR with forscan

You need EGR commanded and EGR actual.... in percent pids

written as abbreviations in forscan As
