Sportvan alloys wanted

Hiar guys.
I'm looking to go from rs18 alloys to the sport van alloys from off the transit connect sport or the focus titanium x alloys. I'm wondering how much are they second hand any pros and cons to them and also are my ford rs alloys worth much they're in anthracite and in good nick with newish tyres. Would anyone consider a swap lol
