Hi guys, the wife and I are selling our campervan conversion - we have a 5 month old and as much as we can take him travelling in it, it just isn't practical. I am copying the Gumtree ad here as it has all of the details.
The camper is advertised elsewhere at £6000 ONO, you guys have come through for me in the past so would be prepared to let it go for £5000 here.

Gumtree link with all of the photos is here: https://www.gumtree.com/p/campervans-motorhomes/ford-transit-campervan/1347772239

Ford Transit 100 T350L RWD 2.4L diesel manual LWB High Roof campervan conversion. Converted summer 2018. V5c reclassified to show 4 seater campervan to unlock cheaper insurance and for class 4 MOT. It can be a stealth camper with stickers removed.

The van includes two front single seats and a two seater bench seat with an opening window. Facilities include a kitchen unit with sink and hobs and a double bed to the rear. The kitchen unit has a sink with electric water pump which is connected to two water tanks along with two hobs with a gas cylinder inside the kitchen cupboard. The memory foam double bed is at a height to allow storage boxes and the leisure electrics to be kept underneath. Above the bed is a sunroof with multiple opening settings and blackout blinds for overnight. The window by the rear seats has blackout blinds attached and the front windows come with stick on blackout and thermal covers. The walls, ceiling and floor are insulated with 25mm and 50mm Celotex PIR board insulation and then carpeted throughout including warm living room carpet on the floor. As this is the high roof model, there is room to stand up fully inside the camper.

The leisure circuit was custom built by Rayne Automotive, with a large battery and full electric hookup. There are 5 230v sockets around the van, along with USB chargers and 12v sockets for a fridge. There are spotlights in the roof of the van, along with coloured LED strip lights. Two speakers are wall mounted to the rear of the van to allow radio and music to be heard throughout and there is space for additional speakers or a subwoofer in the bulkhead.

There are a number of additional items we could include with the purchase which include a porta-toilet which stows under the bed, the gas cylinder for the cooking hobs, a subwoofer which hooks up into the bulkhead and a towing strap rated for the van at full laden weight. We also have an inverter which we are willing to sell along with the van and a number of potential smaller items.

MOT valid until November 2019 and approximately 195k miles on the van. Recent work includes new rear leaf springs, brand new tyres all round, extensive rust proofing, full service, new clutch and the full campervan conversion. At previous MOT, windscreen washer also replaced, new wheel bearings at the front and fuel pipe for fuel tank breather replaced.
