Hi all ,I have for sale my 2003 230 LX Connect with 155177 miles on the clock and has MOT till next August , the van runs pretty sweet but cuts out intermittently while driving along , I’ve taken it to a garage and they’ve said it’s the fuel injection pump on the way out and as I’ve bought a 2018 connect I can’t warrant the repair but she’s a good van and if someone could do it there selves it would be a good runner and worth saving.

So the bad bits, obviously fuel injection pump, and a couple of the tyres are legal but will need replacing in the near future, that’s about all don’t know to any other faults .

Now the good bits , I’ve owned her for just over a year none of these parts needed replacing but I wanted a reliable van so did the work myself, so the following have been replaced over the last year ,
exhaust ,on the front ,springs and shocks , both drive shafts , hubs , hub knuckles , wheel bearings , discs and pads , anti roll bar linkages and steering ball joints .
On the rear , shocks , springs , anti roll bar linkages and bushes , hand brake cables both sides , and new drums , shoes and adjusters as well all parts where well now brands . Also the sills have been rebuilt both sides and it has also had a new alternator and 4 recon injectors fitted . I have fitted the centre dash facia off the later model so a double din radio can be fitted ( BUT THERE IS NO RADIO FITTED) and I still have the original bits and radio which will come with it . It has two sets of wheels 6 16” alloys 2 have no tyres the others have tyres which are all legal but 2 are close to the limit , and 6 15” steel wheels 4 are brand new but 2 of the tyres need replacing and all 4 centre caps are present. I have re sprayed most of the van just the doors need doing and I have some paint left .

I’m looking for £1200 but are open to offers , if anyone is interested I’ll take photos for them or has any questions please ask, if no one is then I’ll probably break it and sell the parts separately.

Hi , it’s a 1.8tdci , I think it’s a LWB , revenue weight is 2340kg and it’s a high top . Location is Stafford.
