Mk 6 MWB

Hi - I'm looking for a Mk6 ish MWB to turn into a day-van / festival camper for the summer.
It needs to have a sound engine as my knowledge of engines is pretty limited) and the body not too rusty / beaten up. Some surface rust isn't too much of a problem but it doesn't want to be rotten through. I'm hoping to spend £1600 ish and is a bonus if in the Guildford area however, I'm willing to travel. Am I asking too much for the price and is there anything in particular I need to look out for as a first time Transit buyer?
