mk5 turbo engine + gearbox needed

Hi All,

I have now 2.5 non turbo banana 190lwb ex-tipper. I'm looking to make it a bit faster and stronger. So now I'm looking for kit to swap engines to get turbo one with faster (?) gearbox. As far as I know i need few more bits than just pure engine with box (ECU?, loom?)
My rear axle is slowish but its fine. I think that engine swap will do the job.
I can collect it within 100 miles from london.
