Ford Transit Forum

Hi all, i am brand new to transit ownership. I have had many, many vans (some smaller fords), but am looking for a Transit Tipper. Budget is £2000.
Dont care about age, just want the best I can get for my limited budget.
Any help, pointers or advice would all be gratefully received.

If you still want it to be running in a few months time, get a mk3/4/5... can be fixed with a hammer and a socket set.. but be prepared for rust...

If you want a newer looking van that will probably be a non runner in a few 1000 miles, buy a mk6... and still be prepad for rust
