Does anyone have an old Tranny to donate??

Hi all,

I am placing this ad in the hope that someone can help me. I am a Plant Mechanics Instructor for the National Construction College (Formerly C.I.T.B) and I teach apprentice mechanics all aspects of plant and machinery servicing, maintenance, overhaul etc. The NCC has just opened a new college in East London We have loads of diggers and dumpers etc but I am also looking for an old diesel Transit that is basically complete but not necessarily a runner. Ideally an old tipper Transit would be perfect as we only really need a "rolling chassis" with the engine, g/box, etc in place so the lads can do jobs like engine removal/refitting,brakes, steering geometry, suspension, wheel alignment prop shafts etc. However anything would be considered.
We are located very close to City airport at the bottom of the A406 North Circular we also have lowbeds travelling around the South East so Collection could be arranged.

Please let me know if you think that you might have a scrapper that we can take off your hands!!
