Smiley Face Tow bar with electrics

I have the tow bar off my Sreg Smiley Face transit. Its a good solid one with twin electrics. It has the ball to tow with and the bit so you can tow with a pin.

Could do with a blow over with black paint to make it look nice but fine as it is.
I dont have the bolts to mount it to van as i had to put them back on for rear bumper easy to get from B&Q.
I cut the wire from where it comes out the bottom of the van so you might need to join it to reach the rear lights again easy to get from B&Q.
