Take the rocker cover off and have a look
1 in 1 chance you will have pushrod damage
1 in 3 chance you will have rocker damage
1 in 10,000+ change you will have valve damage.
Basically all you need to do normally is remove the rocker assembly, and retime the engine.
Replace or straighten any push rods and replace/reinstall the rocker assembly
Set valve clearances and you are good to go.
