Bosch Injection Pump No. 460 414 141 (686)
This pump is in good condition ie, no leaks & the throttle spindle is nice and tight (no wear)

For those of you who may be interested this is a pump suitable for a post '97 70PS engine (domed injectiors with a non bananna manifold, obviously non turbo)
Lucas Laser 2000 & IDS
95 M Prototype/Mule DRW 100PS Highcube

96 P 150 TD 100PS LWB Hi-Top

Hi Rabsy. I have an 86 di with cav pump. Will your pump work with my injectors, if I get some bosch pipes? Or would I need a pump for the tank also?
I am goin to have a search around to see if i can find out for myself. Cheers, Hood.

There is no pump in the tank,
There should be a lift pump on the side of the engine with two pipes going to it :wink:

You would need to put in a lift pump and change the injectos to post 97 70ps ones

hello guys i am going to replace my lucus cav pump on my engine with a bosh while i wait one my new manifold for my turbo engine thats going in, i have a 145 pump + bosh pipework, what else will i need? cheers john
