connect radio code

Hi Everyone ,

Had my connect nearly four years and no problems( 2006 year) except just changed battery but have no radio code , could anybody help
its a 4000RDS ser M250599

thankyou! one other question,.... when i enter the code and press 5 after it just turns off and on again and goes back to the code screen.. any ideas? it was working fine before i took it out so cant see what the problem could be..
