[code][/code]Hi all, had same problem, van went in to get service and new battery now no radio,
Can any body help?
It's a 4000rds, serial number m364056

Double check your serial number, sounds like its entering wrong code

Motorman gave you 8758 which is correct for M236837 so either serial number is wrong or it has been reprogrammed in the past with a different code.
