Gower was great :)
Robbie, i did think about chimney flap as i have fitted them on other stoves i built. I was advised against it as it could cause CO build up. I think though as i have a CO alarm i will fit one when i reduce the flue size as i rerally need to keep the fire going over night as its bloody cold when i get up for work atm.

Differnet subject :)
fuel and power...

20/23 MPG? sound about right?
on Mway i was down to 45mph in places :/ I have been told this is right but surely not ? i would expect a purpose built load lugger to handle a reasonable speed.

Speed and power is about right for a mk5 luton, my mk3 luton was the same slow slow slow

look at the frontal aspect....like pushing a house LOL..try and cut the front down to an angle, may help!!

finally sanded kitchen doors..

The 2 seater sofa was nice for me but we are now a couple and using the van for festivals and weeks away so I decided a U shaped seating area would be more practical,

just a thought, but If ypu ran a copper pipe thru burner amd use a Rad and heating pump, co7ld make a back boiler set up so burner also heats rad up via hot pipe amd small pump or any central heating pump
