I like it. Bumper looks good.

Only thing I'm not sure about is the side skirts, seem to jar with the flow?

is the kit a fibreglass/GRP kit????? or OE plastic????

if its fibreglass i have found that blisters like you are suffering are from trapped moisture in the GRP, GRP really nin teeds to be baked in a spray oven for 20/30mins & left he booth to cool down

also i have found using RUBBING ALCOHOL to prepare OE black plastic fibreglass/GRP works wonders for paint adheasion long term!!! it pulls the oils & various chemicals in black plastic bumpers that prevent mold! yes there is sh*t in auto plastics to prevent mold, you still us a quality plastic primer over the top of course

there are a few plastic painting masters on here that'll point ya the right way i'm sure.... :D

ya van looks pretty nice & i'm a mk5 fan

if the big if we get a good weekend of decent weather, rub them back n repaint bud, you can get rubbing alcohol at the chemists!!! its brilliant stuff!!!!!

if you take the arch kit off, go to a few local bodyshops & see if they will let you use the booth for an hour to dry out your grp & repaint them, then let them dry fully in ya house/flat for a week

i've done this before & its turn out well, i'll be doing it again soon when the wather improves, i got a nice front splitter for have simular my mk5 :D thats grp so i'll probobly have simular issues, i only work on my van on the street ;/ which is a bit rubbish but a ay here a day there for a good finish that lasts is wirh it dude

Looking good Foxy. 8)

You got me worried about this kit blistering, I have already sorted out the last blisters on mine bloody things.

On your exhaust did that tail pipe connect straight on or did you mod it to fit. I looked at mine and I only have a middle box and the pipe runs straight to the back no other connections :?

Van is looking good mate!
Who did you use to do your window? That seems like a decent price, was it done at your place or did you have to take it to them?

Basically you hold tailpipe to were it needs to sit and mark on your existing exhaust were it needs cut... Cut this and the sport tailpipe slides over existing fit a hanger in place job done mate
