Sounds reasonable to me (TPFT or fully comp?)? Our fleet is £600 per van, any driver over 25, trader's third party is £500 per person for anything under 7.5 tons.

ive been asked the same question 8 years ago, when i objected they said it was because vans are often used in robberies and wanted to asses the risk of my van being used as a getaway motor, due to the fact that i was insuring a van for personal use not buisiness use.

Right, cos you're really gonna do that with your own van!

unfortunatly round my neck of the woods people are that stupid, when my workshop got burgled the thieves got caught cos the getaway car was registered to one of them and he had been stopped in a routine police stop check earlier that day and couldnt deny ownership.
