I'm in Norfolk, alternator can come from a engine with aircon as long it has coupling for Shaft assembly & not a pulley.

If they have one available let me know & we will work something out.

Changed glow plugs today.

Cured the fault of glow plug feed wire overheating

Makes sense, a lot of glow plugs do go short circuit when they fail

How do you test them? Multimeter? If so what setting as I've never tested mine but never had any problems starting even when the wire had melted through.

Is that the alternator, looks fairly new.

It from Focus Battery cable is connected to the top
On connects battery cable location is on the back pointing towards starter motor.

Due to this my original battery cable is too short to connect to is (unless I change cable over to one from a Focus....
