Got this van after my mk6 had a fight with a tree after swerving to avoid a loony in the middle of the road coming at me at motorway speeds. needless to say she was a total write off
so far I have had her 2 weeks and been really impressed with her, only had a few small things found to be wrong but dealers has/is sorting all of them. the reseting of the trip computer but a new update seems to have sorted that. side loading door wasn't closing properly, sorting out rubber seal and bending weld seam back has sorted that. Also the air con wasn't working as a pipe had corroded through behind a clip. this was the shorter length between the air dryer and the compressor, anyone know if this is a common place
Things i want to do to her are
Remove the flashing beacon, (mush light)
body colour her
sports kit? anyone do LWB skirts??
Fit heated seat, which i believe should be doable as she should have the top wiring loom as it has cruise, air con etc.

Alloys
Sun glass holder from mondeo
fully rack the back with a combo of desalt tough boxes and racking
Better lighting in the back
and then have a look at what else i can do.
