Not sure if this is right place ,but.......I assume the front suspensions nowadays are independent? What about the rears? ..all live axle?....

when you say nowadays you mean mk6/7 :?: even fwd now :lol: but rears still on leafs :D

Well ,Im getting very ,very confused about all the different models ,and prices seem high ,so I think I may have to go for an early as poss with independent front end ! (although aMK 2 could poss be bagged ! and there was one up the road for sale )I like the idea of 6 wheeling a van,but its a long project ,and although the engineering side of it is easy to me ,its the bodywork that Im totally crap with !

TRUST ME... AIR Bags alone will work on a car but the rear wont go down far without major surgery
