Well I run all the wires heater there pump there socket there then put the lineing up
Then " I think the table should go up and down too "
so its all a f*** up really wires in wrongplaces an upright tank not a flat one and need another hybollok table and a spool valve probbly
However little uns nearly all gone so I may have a little time to spend bodging it together soon

well city link finally turned up with a few items
210 L tank , 1200x6000x6 mm fine ribbed rubber for the floor and a gallon of very thin 22 hybollok fluid
tank is a manufacturing second poor shape but all it is is one short side bends in about 10mm so all good
i have had to put them in mikes room while i paint the bulkhead
he didnt come home last night anyway probably out shaggin cougars again

the bulkhead on the lime is just rusty everwhere with it getting damp in there they only appear to have a very thin coat of sh*t on them when new
so i have blocked the louvers up and used the last of my primer on it
just typing this bolloks while it dries then see if theres enough amphrshite paint left over from when i did the wheels on the green van
1 part paint 1 part hardener no thinner hopefully do the wheel arch cover too

hope i dont fall on that brush handle

hope it dries eventually wonder if i put thinners instead of hardener in ? fooking buzzing now though they go straight to my head those paint fumes

the tank will be going here unless she changes her mind again
looks a bit small when its in for 210 liters thats the side that bent on the tank making it a second fook all bit of a head of water just enough to keep 1 gallon arse cleaner bottles under there 30 x 30 x 3 box and some 30 x 30 x 3 angle i think a frame within a frame to insult it with 60mm insulation as its on offer at wickes

This will be my 3rd transit arse washing van and the pinnacle of my career
