Had a day of tinkering on sunday. Wanted to sort the rattling wiper rack out. After getting heater box out i couldnt get wiper mechisam out. I could only twist it on its side and move it till it hit the heater housing but noticed compared to the replacement i bought the original had some washers missing so i stripped the the spindles out, cleaned, greased and put in back together now its gone quiet

Thinking of running a new 12volt feed to fridge because the factory feed overtime blows the fuse that runs dash, indicators etc. And the loom for ignition gets warm.
So im gunna run a new wire from starter battery via fuse and relay to fridge.
Should the earth for the fridge be earthed to the starter battery and camper earths run to the leasure battery?
Or can all the earths connect and then earth the batterys together?

Havnt got round to redoing fridge feed yet. Coming back from a rally at weekend and it started running cool and even cooler when i ran into a storm so picked up a new stat today. Less than a fiver.

Mirror seems to be in right place but i need a arm that will fasten under the luton on the camper but there dosent seem to be anywhere round here where i could look and measure mirrors, i can only look at bike, tractor, plant etc on ebay.
Anyone else changed their mirrors?

You can get generic mirrors on a short arm, about £20 from commercial motor factors. Got one ion Winnie as there was no driver' side mirror when we got her.

Sorted the hob tonight and now have two working blue burners.
About a month ago i decided to strip the hob after id had enough of yellow flames sooting pans up but ended up snapping what was left of the rusty bolts.
So i ended up robbing the burners out of a sink/hob unit my uncle had in his allotment and fitting them to the existing sink but i couldn't mount the grille.
Was supposed to be setting off to Cheshire steam fair tomorrow night but i still havnt vacced all the dog fur up from last weekend, washed it or had chance to go shopping yet.

Made it to cheshire steam rally. Set off from home about 8pm after having to tow the autosleeper in after clutch failure.
We are set up watching planes go over and hoping rain will pass.

Change thermostat today for a 84c.
I had put a 74c one in that was abit too cool plus i had drilled a bleed hole in it when i thought i was having over heating problems. Running on the road when the weather was warm it would sit at 1/4 on the temp gauge but after running into a storm a couple of weeks ago it dropped out of bottom of the blue on the gauge. Just been for a run round sat at level crossing, quick blast up dual carriageway then some road works and needle stays just below half and heater is hot.
