No Pictures - available correct size pcd Transit alloys

Postby Luke » Tue Apr 17, 2007 7:36 pm

Thought i would start a thread on transit alloys, complete picture list of all 160mmx5 pcd alloys - the proper size :!:
so anyone after a set of alloys can see all the options in one place :D saves buying a set then thinking - oh i prefered them :x

please add to the list :D

but only post alloys with a transit pcd this is for those who want "proper fitting" alloys, no adapters or redrills here

also if you want to chat about a set make a new post as this thread will be ongoing for a good time yet

the Tourneo 14" these are offical ford alloys also fitted to hallmarks, quite readly available but they dont have much of an offset ie they dont fill the arches well so if fitted to a mk3 rear axle they will need shimming out :!:

The latest mk7 alloys, 16"

now mk6&7's have 14mm studs (earlier have 12mm) so may need special nuts if fitted to an earlier mk :!:

Wellers (8 spoke)

Image

OK - not actually alloys  but look great, quite rare but do crop up from time to time, available in 14" and apparantly 15"
wellers were designed around the mk1&2's so have a very deep offset they will cause clearance problems with the sliding door on a mk4/5

but make 100% sure they are not landrover mangels or landrover wellers as they are very similar but 165mm pcd not 160mm so not safe to fit
