Front Seat Conversion of passenger single to double

Hello

Can anyone help please? I need to convert the passenger single seat to a double to accommodate a up coming baby arrival. Is this straightforward swop over? I have looked at the bolting positions of both and they look similar but am having trouble working out if they are in the same position. Am I right or wrong in thinking it would need to be the same year or model , my transit is 2002 so presumably a mark 4?

2002 will be mk6 and it's as simple as buying a double and fitting it, the bolt holes will be there and just need the seat fitted
