who buys a van with no aircon???? me

No aircon on mk7. Its too hot and getting suicidal at times. How can I improve the cold blower or change something?? Adding aircon at a gerand and half aint possible

On the other hand, I bought my Mk6 because it did have aircon. Sadly it packed up 2 years ago, and I haven't managed to get it fixed :evil:

Not really in my area of expertise, so it's been to 3 garages, none of whom wanted to repair it, just a lot of waffling about having to take all of the front to bits to see where it's leaking :roll: :? :P :mrgreen:

Nor have the front fogs, side rubber trims, HFS, electric windows, or any of the other refinements that I had originally planned; mainly due to the fact that I'm expecting the rust worm to end its life at any moment :shock: :roll:

Is more common for condenser to fail rather than pipework or accumulator :wink:

Insulate the roof, floor and walls then use silver screens when it's parked up. Helps stop it cooking quite so much.

No help when driving though
