Since end of 2012 I didnt do the miles like I used to, and its been on commuting duties only, last year we opened up a workshop so its use became redundant and apart from taking rubbish to the tip every weekend, thats as useful as it gets. I made the decision yesterday to sell it, so cleaned it up and took some pictures.

Driving home tonight I noticed it was rattling under load, and is getting progressively worse, seem the bottom end has gone :x So its now up for spares or repair, as i'm not willing to put any money into it, I might as well pass it onto someone who can put an engine in and make use of it.

Check the injectors are tight in the head before condemning it, the injectors move and cause noise, smoke, power loss, back pressure etc etc

I'll look into the injector clamp bolts as thats easy enough to check. TBH with it being so well maintained it really should be nothing serious but we shall see.

If they are slack, it will need new washers, clamps and bolts, but they're a lot cheaper than an engine!

3 and 4 were loose. The washers and clamps/bolts will be replaced shortly, now runs perfectly again!
