I put it down to not having been a frontline van and being based in mid glamorganshire it did not see much in the way of emergency pregnancy trouble and did not clock up the mileage and abuse.

Tax was out at the end of this month so i went in to pay the 112.75 quid on me renewal 'invitation' and she crossed it out and demanded £118.25, now that's mental and just goes to show that this piece of paper was not a contract in any legal sense of the word and was pointlessly sent out at the taxpayers expense after the so-called budget as a kind of wind-up.

wow mate thats some record for a mk2 she is a nice bit of kit tho and you have kept her well

I am honoured Mark.

Next on the list is to,

fit new tax disc.

check and set the valves.

Fit the new rocker cover gaskets.

Renew the diff oil and fit new gasket( I do this every 25000mls).

Grease the kingpins (i do them every 100-150 miles )

Clean and oil air filter.

Body paintwork touch up in the summer.

etc. etc. it's a never ending maintenance hobby really, as you know.

Yeah, basically I am a member of care in the community and subject to extreme paranoiac episodes with an inability to accept society enough to participate in it because it induces paranoia, really i should not operate a computer other than a biological one at all, however, I am in Norfolk over the festive period and would be happy to pop round for Christmas dinner and stay on your drive for a few weeks.
