Hi Paul it's only the section of leg after the gearbox mount that's bent but replacing the whole leg or even the bent section would most likely look more tidy, I've had a quote from Ford for the leg/filler/end piece - 300 delivered Inc vat.

I have already bought the inner arch panel and the reinforcement piece as it has the leg and more pieces i need and has already been spot welded so would look tidier.

I'm in a bit of a quandary at the moment tbh because of the above eBay item.

I need to price up 3 more pieces too if i but it all from Ford.

Changing the leg is best as there's a seam at the bulkhead so the repair will be almost hard to spot

I made an offer of 220 and he counter offered 221, i was thinking of countering 220.50 for a laugh but grew up and accepted

He wants 50 PayPal deposit (I've asked him how do i do that as PayPal directs me to pay in full )
Then he wants the rest in cash on collection, which is no problem if i PayPal whoever picks it up but i thought after i accepted the offer that it might be a hassle for the kind gent who's picking up the part?

So it's mine now apart from payment.

I was hoping wrong hole would grab it from where it is and take it home to Watford and i could either get my dad to pop down the road to Watford and get it or try and organise having it brought up from tm?
