Wish list is to organize the current storage in a way that allows maximum access in the back, copy punto with the crew cab aspect of it with removable seats etc and I'll have it as a car, day van, semi camper, utility van for work type use.

Best bit is i would have 7 years to complete it

Not yet, I'm in work tomorrow but on the van all day so I'm going to remove the Sub frame and gearbox mount and hopefully get the leg off etc, i have a large amount to do plus these 6 quid 8mm cobalt spot weld drool bits are mounting up

Blasted a bit of the leg with primer and red paint today tho

Just been watching Speed Guy Martin, they stuck a v6 ecoboost in his custom. Nice big power number on the dyno

I got 1 off yes they peel off nicely, i gave it a rub with some mer polish too, like new

Removed the under carriage today



The leg is exposed but the drill bits aren't doing the job, ideally I'd like a small flame on the oxy burner and cut the skin of the leg it'll make light work of it but i don't have oxy:-( i do but the propane is empty and the find are very big so no go.

Spent the day hammering and swearing at it.
I hate not having the right tool for the job.
The other thing is that where the leg ends on the chassis is multi stitched so it'll probably look a mess if i fit it as intended, lateral thinking required i think.

New sump came today from tpuk 34.95 i also scored a tube of Ford sealant for 9 pounds
