Not without buying some expert kit.But I've finally got somewhere positive.
The original bent leg off, was a ball ache to do, bit by bit, bought some half decent spot weld removal tools but they aren't that good in hard to reach places.
I should mention that i didn't take a picture but i primed all the area of the leg and where it fits to the van in alu zinc spray which is for untreated metal and suitable for spot welds.

Finished for the day but I'm very happy I'm getting somewhere now, boss ain't happy it's taking so long but i can't afford to fook up the leg, once it is in place and welded up i should crack on in no time.
the world of spot weld drilling needs patients and a whining boss can be a right pain. Remind him when you fixed his van 
once the legs all done then the rest is plain sailing
