How far through the setup do you get when it tells you that?
Have you plugged in the vcm?

its not chatting with the vcm it must be the bosch vcm 2.1.1.5 that it wouldn't install

i haven't reset it didnt know you could
it was near the end of set up when it came up with that bolloks about my system
i suppose its missing a bit

You need Bosch vci manager or it won't work
I find cheap tablets don't have the hardware to run it but if you have proper windows machine it should work

its a acer aspire v11 4gb/500 and a n2830 is that sh*t them?

Hmm I can't see why not, I'm certain 1 of mine had a similar processor but there are a few laptops that won't work, probably due to power management etc.

I'm not sure of any workaround when you get that message, is it running w7 or xp?

Yes, it can work on w10 but if you can get w7 on it I think it might work but if not then you'll have to try another 1.

I'd try w7 on it if it was me, but a lot of laptops that came with w10 originally can't be downgraded so you'd need to see if it would have originally accepted w7 install.
