does anyone know if there are any more fuses other than the ones in the main fusebox?

Can you be any more descriptive of the concern?

The lights and horn are on different circuits.

The earths could be an issue, but it normally does some strange things with an earth fault.

If you want to check the earths and possibly undo them and clean them on the 2000---> transit I'd start at

The Battery, remove the NEG lead and clean the terminal end and the end that connects to the floor, also pay particular attention to the 350A fuse as they crack causing total loss of electrics.

With that lead still off....

There are earths for the main dash loom at either side of the vehicle above the front suspension top mountings.

And also 2 more earth points on the bulkhead by the side of the heater box, look up by the clutch pedal and you'll see them near the air bag control module.

On an aside note,

The horn units are prone to failure on the earlier 2000 series because they fill with water, and the light switches are known to throw their hand in.
