Postby sowden87 » Wed Jan 03, 2018 6:38 pm

Hi

Just was looking into putting fog lights in as I haven't got them in the moment ,I have a 13 plate custom eco

just wondered if the wiring is already in there or if it has to be added ?

Thanks for any info

Shouldn't be to hard, the bumper trim parts just pull off i think but you can replace them with ones with fog light holes, there's 2 types though, sport are different to non sport.
The lamps should probably fit on.

Fuse f8 15A does the fog lights through the bcm.

Bcm pin 16 c2280b does both fog lights live then you add a ground to each, 8mm chassis bolt will be close by on either side.
Wire colour from bcm is yellow/orange trace.

You will have to get the foglight switch for the dashboard and probably activate it in configuration to have factory fog.

You could do it externally with a relay and a switch on the dash I guess.

Thanks , seems a lot of work to do myself plus a separate switch would look odd for them , just thought it would all be in place and just optional for different models lol
