I change my battery every 2 years (even if it has 5years on it) then keep the old one under the seat as a spare just in case

I highly recommend some led strips, I've got 4 and they are well bright but don't use any power, I still have the 2 factory bulb ones which are just pathetic, I have a big switch that turns on my inverter and added rear lights, I've accidentally left them on for days at a time and it never flattened the battery not a sniff, 8)

I just done 2 battery warranty jobs last week, my big Bosch silver 4yrs and 2 months(5yr guarantee) old and Euro car parts swapped it no problem and same with the missus"s Scenic it also was a 5yr guarantee but a 3.5 yr old Duracell and again Euro no problem changing it (excellent deals on-line with discount codes)

Just the 1 bjt? That's asking for trouble whilst wearing assless chaps in a layby also known as the local dogging spot

I seem to recall a similar fate to a chap in a southern electric van  oh the irony of it :?

Yes but it is the tip-top 5000 series.....

I've just had to buy two of the 3000 cheap'o's… and they were more than £90 turnips each
