Mk5 tailgate seal

The tailgate seal of my mk5 isnt holding anymore. When opening the tailgate it just falls off. It has worn down too much. So i am looking for a new (or second handed) one, but apparently they are quite rare. Ive looked at ebay, garages and transitcenter.uk, but no luck.

Does anyone
- know if they are sold somewhere
- has one for sale
- know if there are alternative seals, eg something like universal seals or other seals that fit?
