04 Transit connect Squeaky chirpy belt after 3 months split

I have a 2004 Transit connect 1.8 TDCi

I have been having to change the belt 3 times in just under a year as it ends up chirping / squeaking and they all end up with a line on the right hand side (see photo below)

Now as a conti belt is only a tenner its inexpensive to replace every 3/4 months but i would like to get to the root of the problem!

Any ideas of what i should look at first.

Any ideas on this one?, could it be the tensioner?

I had the same problem, check the bottom pulley, mine, the rubber damper was like chewing gum making the belt run out of line
